Build new plastic molding factory should be very cautious no matter small factory or big factory,
It will be a great investment and a lot work should be done in advance and during the time.
First, before rent or buy the plant, you need to discuss with your supplier to make sure when they are able to send you the equipments. Before they sending the machine and equipments to you, you need to prepare the electrical and water and other basis things in advance.
Another thing should be pay attention to, the plant height should be according to the machine, especially for big machine and big product, like for plastic chair, if you want to realize fully automatic production, the plant height should be no less than 10m. For the detail, it’s better to confirm with the manufacture.
After the machine and mould ready in the factory, to install the machine is very important work, if you don’t have experience of install the machine, you can ask the manufacturer sending the engineer to help you to do the installation, it will be better and short the time.

What is double color injection molding? It means by injecting two different color materials into one mould, to final get a two-color plastic part with specified or irregular pattern.
Double color injection machine:
with two barrels, each has its own channel to connect nozzle. There is a valve installed on the nozzle path, to control the sequence of barrel material enter nozzle part.
Double color molding:
As it is molded by two mixed color, raw material should have good combined degree. Thus better use same kind of material, also better to have good quality double color plastic part.

What is over molding system? It means product is injected by two different kind raw materials, the material can be plastic & plastic, or plastic & rubber. It is different from double color injection molding.
By double color molding, product can be finished manufacturing on one bi-color injection machine by rotating the moulds. Although over molding needs labor works, it has its own advantages.
Over molding solution:

2) lower investment cost, can use virgin material together with recycled material.

overmolding injection solution
overmolding is sometimes called insert molding. Regarding mold and machinery, thebi-injection techniqueis the simplest variant of multicomponent injection molding. Multicomponent injection molding process is the materials are injected simultaneously into the cavity through different gates in a one-step process.
Overmolding injection will reduce production labor cost with fasteners or adhesives. Overmolding injection can also increase the performance of the finished products.
