What is double color injection molding? It means by injecting two different color materials into one mould, to final get a two-color plastic part with specified or irregular pattern.

Double color injection machine:
with two barrels, each has its own channel to connect nozzle. There is a valve installed on the nozzle path, to control the sequence of barrel material enter nozzle part.

Double color molding:
As it is molded by two mixed color, raw material should have good combined degree. Thus better use same kind of material, also better to have good quality double color plastic part.
