Usually, customer buyplastic injection molding machineaccording to the max. injection weight their product need. But sometimes, there will have a counting tolerence, we should not choose the machine exactly upon the product weight.
And if the customer have already purchased the plastic injection molding machine, and how to do should the injection weight is not enough?
Few days ago, one of my customer told me that he will make a twice injection in the injection process to increase the injection weight.
That means, you could adjust the controller procedure to realize a twice injection, first injection part of material in the mould, and then quickly backward the screw and then quickly inject again, that means two times injection process.
I have conveyed this information to our machine engineer and talk with them about this matter. Customer could do in this way indeed.
And anyway, it is better to choose a big standard injection molding machine, because twice injection is about the procedure changing.
