High quality injection molding machines required good machine design,good machine parts,good assembling and good balance.Injection machine tie bars are one of the main part of injection molding machines.Injection molding machine tie bar maintenance is very important.

Injection molding machines should be running under balance condition,or the injection molding machines could not work stably and the parts are easily broken.Before the machine starts running,we have to inspection the machine first,check the balance,check the oil and lubrication,tighten the screw,etc.

We could do as following steps when assembling a new tie bar:
Before assembling,use petrol to clean the machine hole for tie bar,then use a towel to clean the hole and put the yellow oil into the hole;Clean the new tie bar and check if there is any broken before assembling.
Measure the other three tie bar remained screw length and get average length: Make the mould adjusting screw at the average point.
When the gears are fitting well,use the copper bar to push the tie bar into the hole from rear plate.Notice: The tie bar should move parallel; Pay attention to assembling of the dust ring.

Finally,assemble the lid on the front plate and rear plate,pay attention on the lid of mould adjusting screw's location,we could assemble the mould on the machine first,after the mould is assembled well,loosen the inside screw of the lid,and then tighten the outside screw of the lid,tighten the inside screw at last.
