The injection machine can be divided into vertical injection machine andhorizontal injection machine.
The vertical injection machine and horizontal injection machine have their own features. The feature of vertical injection machine as follow:
1. It can easily take out the plastic parts from cavity by a simple robot, in favor of precision molding.
2. The clamping system is open, easy to match various automatic devices, adapt to automatic molding of complex and precision products.
3. Easy to ensure the uniformity of mold resin flow and mold temperature distribution.
4.. When small batch production, the mold structure is simple, the cost is low, and easy to uninstall.
5. Stand the test of several earthquakes, due to the center of gravity of vertical injection machine is low, so the anti-seismic is better than horizontal injection machine.
The feature of horizontal injection machine as follow:
1. Even for large-scale injection molding machine, due to the body of the injection machine is low, there is no any height limit for the placement of plant.
2. Products can automatic demould, without using the robot also can automatic molding.
3. Due to the low body of injection molding machine, it's easy to feed material and maintain.
4. Mold can be installed by crane.
5. Multiple injection machines arrange in a line, the molded products are easy collect and pack by conveyor belt.
