Injection molding machine have difference classification in difference application,please see below injecting molding machine classifications:
A)According to plasticizing way
1.Plunger type injection molding machine, but it mixing effect is not good, and need add manifold, now is rarely used.
2.Reciprocating Screw type injection molding machine, according to screw to make plasticizing and injection, and the mixing effect and plasticizing effect is good. Now used is very more.
3.Screw type
Base on Plunger type injection molding, use screw to plasticizing and use Plunger to make injection.
B)According to clamping type
1.Hydraulic injection machine (Use for common injection, with common cost)
2.Electricity injection machine (Be suited to high cleanliness products, such as medical, food equipment, as well as electricity expensive area and so on )
3.Hybrid injection machine (use for high precise, and the cost of hybrid injection machine is less than electric injection machine cost, but it can effectively improve the traditional hydraulic injection machine consumption energy and common precision, but also reduce pollution and noise problem.)
C)According to orientation
1.Verticle Type injection machine
2.horizontal type injection machine
3.Angle type injection machine
