Several problems caused by high temperature injection molding machine

Due to lower viscosity of the oil, the slide valve and other moving parts’ oil film will be thinner and broken, the friction increases, resulting in increased wear.

• : The mechanical will thermal collapse: The moving part of hydraulic components with different Coefficient of thermal expansion will be stuck due to its smaller copulate clearance, Lead to fail to operate, to affect hydraulic system driving accuracy, resulting in the part with poor quality of work.
