Sometimes, customer will ran into some small problem which could fix by themselves after short training.
1.Oil leakage
It is a most common problem, can be fixed by changing seal ring.
2.Machine inout signal abnormalities
Most possible cause is solenoid valve failures , could remove both ends of the coil of the solenoid valve and take apart inside structure , manually pull the spool until it can come and go freely, and then fix it back.
3.Clamping abnormalities
Usually this kind of problem is caused by improper setting on the proportional pressure valve. Just enter into the motor advanced settings page of the proportional pressure valve, check the data to do some adjustment and try again, basically get.
4.Machine parameters chaos
Machine parameters chaos sometimes duo to low computer battery, could change new battery and check whether it is ok. If not, enter into the advance computer setting page, reset the machine parameter according to the similar machine type setting. Remember that must set from advance setting to basic setting.
5. Melting problem.
If the machine barrel screw does not round, the material could not be melted.
Probably the machine output signal has something wrong. Firstly, check the machine output instruction. If didn’t work, check the motor part.
6.Lubricant freezing
Firstly, check this problem is happened in partial or all the structure could not flow out lubricant. If happen in partial, maybe something stop up. If happen in all, maybe the screen stencil should be replaced.
8.Motor pump abnormal sound
This is generally the pump wear, should replace the oil pump in time or will cause more problems.
Other case is the oil pump screen stencil is too dirty, so that the oil could not enter into the pump which leads to the motor pump abnormal sound. We could just replace the oil screen stencil. The price of screen stencil and one motor is much difference, so if happen this kind of problem, customer should check the problem carefully.
