Plastic cap production line includes injection molding machine, cap mould and auxiliary machines. But according to different cap processing, some cap may need secondary tooling machine.

If the cap production is very large, most customer make water cap mould without slider, and the cap need cutting machine to cut the theft ring; Some cap is for carbonated drinks, so the cap should air proof, it need drop machine to drop additional plastic inside cap, and make it flat; Some cap need foam gasket or aluminum gasket inside, or some cap is complex, it make up by 2 or 3 different parts, it need assembly machine; some flip top cap need folding after molding to avoid broken in the bend area, it need cap closing machine; etc.

Because secondary tooling processing is inconvenient, so when the cap injection molding, we try to avoid further tooling for the cap. For example, we have in-mould-closing system, before the cap fall down, mould mechanical system will close the cap; some cap use double injection instead of drop inside.
