For transparent cup molds, it requires morehigh standards in case of more mold cavities. On mold steel we adopt stainless mold steel s for good polishing lasting as well as to bearing fast cycle injection moldings. As with thinwall transparent cup molding, more thin need more injection pressure, in case of not so high MFI plastic materials, and it would also cause mold cores shift during injection process when not so good interlocking systems.
