Injection machine installation to small and medium size machine
Generally, to small and medium size machine installation, it doesn’t use foundation blot to fix machine, it uses shockproof mat to fix machine. During installation, it needs to make sure every side is in the same height. Using leveling instrument to adjust it.
Injection machine installation to big size machine
Usually, to big size injection machine installation, we need to consider the position, distance and depth of foundation blot. Before install machine, we need to dig base pit, placing of concrete and leaving the hole for foundation blot according to machine installation. To make the machine stable and in the same lever is very important, it can ensure the production in future in good condition.
After fixing the machine, we need to connect pipes in clamping unit and injection unit. For hydraulic system, it should be exactly according to drawing, the electro circuit and temperature control wires connect as well.
Make sure the machine is ready, and then put the auxiliary equipments, like hopper dryer and auto loader.
