For daily maintenance of injection molding, please pay attention followings:
(1) Examination before using1. Before using the injection molding, we should examine the qualification whether it is suitable for the industry.2. To check the equipment whether it is suitable with injection molding3. The operator should have detailed information of the injection molding performance and be familiar with operation method.
(2) Examining injection molding during the process1. The operation place must be clean. Inside the mould, it should have no dust.2. When using the injection molding, we should obey the rules.3. When try the mould, the first sets of products should be examined carefully.4. During the working process, we should examine the injection molding conditions. If we find some dust in the mould, then we should do the maintenance of the injection molding.
(3) Examination after using1. After using, we should unload the injection mould from the machine under the operating rules.2. When swing the injection mould, we should put down it carefully. After unloading the injection mould, we should clean the injection mould.

Cap mould, 16 cavities cap mould, lid mould with 16 cavities.
On December 3th,2011, Sino Mould has delivered a 16 cavities cap mould.
The cap is tear-out oil cap, the diameter of cap is 30mm. We use Stavax S420 steel for the mould cavity and core,this steel is mirror steel from Switzerland, tempered with HRC45-52, the polishing can be long lasting, so the molding product is high polish and high quality. We use 16 points Anole hot runner, with German heating elemenst, Anole temperature controller, 18 months guaranteed.
The mould cycle time is very quick. When produce in the Dakumar standard injection molding machine, the cycle time is 8s, when produce in the Dakumar high speed injection molding machine, the cycle time is 4s. So our customer is satisfied with our high quality, quick cycle time and fast delivery time.

The most common types of plastic molding precess used for large scale manufacturing is injection molding process. Injection molding process is a manufacturing process for producing parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials. Material is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mould cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the mould cavity. After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, moulds are made by a mouldmaker from metal, usually either steel or aluminum, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part.
Injection molding process is by far the most widely used process of forming thermoplastic materials. It is also one of the oldest. Currently injection molding process accounts for 30% of all plastics resin consumption. Since raw material can be converted by a single procedure, injection moulding is suitable for mass production of plastics articles and automated one-step production of complex geometries. In most cases, finishing in not necessary. Typical products include toys, automotive parts, household articles, and consumer electronics goods.
A typical injection molding process consists of five phases:
1. Injection or molding filling
2. Packing or compression
3. Holding
4. Cooling
5. Part ejection

Injection molding machine hydraulic system maintenance is very important. We should consider it into six points. In this passage, i will tell you how to maintain injection machine hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil temperature of injection molding machine should be kept during 30-50 degree. If the temperatue overpassed 60 degree, it will be occur following problems.
1. The hydraulic oil will be oxidation and then go bad.
2. Hydraulic oil will be have little viscosity and then will damage the pump.
3. It will increase the speed of aging rate of oil seal.
Then How to maintain injection machine hydraulic system?
1. Every 6 months, we should take apart the cooling oil parts to clean it.
2. We should change hydraulic oil every 3000-4000 shots of injection molding machine.

This is the 14th similar PS thinwall aviation cup mould which are 4 cavities that Sino Mould has delivered.
The thickness of aviation cup is 0.45 mm, the weight of aviation cup is less than 10g.
