Fast cycleinjection molding machine improve molding efficiency and productiveness, especially critical for thinwall product molding lines.
It is a good news for all Dakumar machine customers and potential customers that we have a new fast cycle injection molding machine developed. It is our hybrid injection molding machines with fast running cycle. And we would start entering this new high speed machine into market to meet fast molding productions.
The new hybrid injection machine can also developed with servo motor for power energy saving. Compared with common Dakumar servo motor injection machine, with same 120ml container mould, we can reach 4s of total cycle time on hybrid injection molding machine, if on the common machines, it would take about 7s.
