Sometimes, cusotmer will find that the mould height is over the machine max mould height  which leads to the clamping force will not enough. If start the running, the product will have many flash. How could we do if customer just have only one machine?
Here we have two suggestions:
Mould:
Mould maker could check the mould design and adjust the mould height to meet theinjection molding machine max mould height.

Machine:
Every injection machine in the current market, if the machine max mould height indicated in the catalogue is 500mm. Usually we could adjust to 520mm-530mm.
DAKUMR injection molding machine use a machine limit board which limit the mould max mould height in the machine running process. But some other machine factory they use an limit switch to control the machine max mould height. Therefore, customer just need to take out the limit plate or limit switch to enlarge the machine max mould height.
