Two sets servo hydraulic systems assembled, one set used for control opening and closing and material stocking, another set used for accumulator oil filling and ejector function. This make sure that accumulator oil filling would not occupy the cycle time. And for high standard machine, we have another servo motor setting to make sure that opening and material stocking working at the same time. This can save about 1.8s and it shorten the cycle time for thin wall products a lot.

The injection part use single inject hydraulic cylinder, this can avoid the time difference and tooling tolerance caused the imprecision problem.

Throttle valve or MOOG servo valve use to make more accurate action for the machines.
