When it comes to the vertical injection machine, it has many characteristic, such as:

• Injection unit and clamping unit are on the same vertical center line. Themould open or close along the upper and lower direction. The floor space of it only half as horizontal machine.

It will not fall forward because of the mould gravity which will Makes the template can not open or shut down and it always happening in horizontal machine.So this construction will be beneficial to keep the precision of the mould and the machine.

• In general, the surrounding of the clamping unit adopt open type which is easier to configurate all kinds of automatic device. And it adapts to the automatic molding of complex and exquisite products.

• Belt conveyor is easier to realize installation through the mould and it is convenient to easy to realize automatic molding production.

• It is easier to assure the flowability of the resin in the mould and the consistency of the mould temperature distribution.

• The machine is equipped with rotary mesa, movable mesa and slant mesa which are easier to realize insert molding.

• When Small batch production, the mould should be with simple structure, low cost and easy to be removed.

• Suffering from many tests of earthquake, vertical injection machine can be well resistant to shock compared with horizontal injection machinebecause of low gravity.
