Syringer mass production line is quite a large invest for the whole project for its high requirement and mass production.Syringer belong to medical industry,it must be very cleaning;And usually it is disposable,it required high quantity.
For a Syringer,it is composed by several parts,like Barrel,Plunger,Gasket,Needle hup and cap,so there required at least five sets of moulds and injection molding machines for one size syringer.Syringer is used for medical purpose,so the dustless workshop and sterile machine is necessary for this molding line.After the molding,we could packing in next step to keep is cleaning.
