When buy a new set injection molding machine, you need to install it. Before machine installation, you need to prepare many things, especially for the customer who are new in the injection field, in below, I introduce brief about the preparation work need to be down in advance.
1. Grand processing (according to ground drawing)
2. Factory equipments like crane must be prepared
3. Steel wire rope
4. Lubrication oil
5. 0# Anti-wear grease
6. Cable
7. Motive electricity cabinet one set air-break switch
8. Mould water pipe and oil pipe (according to real mould)
9. Water pipe for injection machine (according to machine mainfold)
10. Water pipe and oil pipe connector
11. Mould clamp plate, screw, gasket and nut (the size according to real machine)

Necessary tool:
1. hexagon spanner
2. Adjustable spanner
3. Pipe wrench
4. Circlip pliers
5. Sharp-nose plier and pincer plier
6. Open-end wrench
7. Angle grinder
8. Electric drill
9. Electric tape cloth, electricity meter, gradienter, crimping terminal, crimping pliers
