What is the reason of plastic injection molding machine hydraulic oil working temperature higher and elimination method ?
1:To reduce the hydraulic oil temperature of cooling water flow with small, should check the cooling water pipe is blocked or not, after debugged increase the cooling water flow.
2:The parts in the oil pump wear serious, low working efficiency, make oil pump heat,so hydraulic oil temperature rise, should inspect oil pump
3:The oil temperature of hydraulic drive system is too high, should be appropriate to reduce oil pressure.
4: Oil pressure relief not fully,should be appropriate adjustment
5:The oil line of hydraulic system is not matching with all kinds of valve caliber,Cause oil flow resistance big, oil temperature is rise,may also blocking in the pipe,should inspect and adjustment.
