Demand of large injection moulding machine has been rising in today’s molding field, especially extra large injection machine and servo motor large injection machine. It is most suitable for injecting large parts and deep mould cavity products, such as automotive parts, large house ware, building component, water tank, large storage container and packaging parts and so on.

As large parts molding takes much time cooling, it causes more energy power used running the machine year by year. Usually we suggest extra large injection molding machine with servo motor system. It helps greatly power saving, almost half cost compared to standard injection machine.

Dakumar has successfully offered 4500T large injection machine with servo motor, with 61 Kgs injection volume, 3400mm opening stroke. Able to suit mould thickness from 1100mm until 2200mm. We still plan to launch extra large machine to meet clients' need.
