Double color injection mold is a products have two kinds of different materials with materials or two different color of material into the note,
generally divided into two categories: One kind is mixed color double color injection mold. Another kind is  double color injection mold.
1、There two shape of cavity is different, forming a product respectively, and core of two shapes are exactly the same.
2、The before and back mould to center after turn 180°, must be identical
3、When we do the injection, the first injection molding product size can be slightly big.
In order to make it in the second time molding with another cavity can be moulded more tight.
4、The water layout of the two cavities and core shou be sufficient, balanced and same.
5、Before mould clamping , attention should be paid to Slider or Lifter is will be the first to reset and make the products broken.
