Double color injection molding technical points:
The same raw material who add two different kinds of color, are put into two different injection units and are injected into one mould, procedure valve controller controls the barrels and nozzles.
1. Mixed double color injection color molding:

In the mixed double color injection machine, there is a revolvable mandril. When the two injection units inject the same volumn,different color into mould in the same press,same speed and same time. The revolvable mandril will turn around and push the raw material into the molds ,then we can get the mixed color parts.
2. Cleared double color injection moulding:

This kinds of mould has two different cavities and two same cores, the double color injection machine will revolve the injection moulds by a turning plate. After first injection, the moving plate of moulds will turn 180°over then the different colored material will be injected into the other mould cavity, then we can get the cleared double color parts.
