1.Special Bakelite injection molding machine should be used with screw and barrel especially for Bakelite molding solution.
2.Considering that the holding pressure time and cooling time is relatively long for Bakelite injection molding solution, servo powering saving injection machine is suggested, which can help save a lot of electricity and lower production cost.
3.For Bakelite plastic mold, stainless steel or plating chrome on core and cavity is suggested because Bakelite will release corrosive gas during injection molding.
